When you enroll in the LegalShield membership you will receive your Membership details via email... and also an envelope via postal mail which arrives in about 2 weeks. Inside your postal mail Membership Package will be a Membership Guide with plastic Permanent Membership Cards imprinted with your new membership number, your State provider law Firm number and customer Service number. Please take these cards out and put them in your wallet or purse. If you need to use your benefits before getting your membership packets, call Legal Shield directly at (800) 654-7757, tell them you are a new member, your paperwork is being processed, and ask them for your membership number, and your provider law firm.
